It has unfortunately come to my attention that there were some paper copies and ebooks distributed to some of the folks who purchased early that contained typographical and formatting errors. These were due to a publishing snafu. If you will, please send me an email to thecynicalsarcastic@gmail.com with the subject line replacement copy needed and I will see that you get your copy of choice sent to you. If you received an ebook with an error, please make sure to specify which format you need as there are about ten out there and they are not all compatible. For those who purchased on the Kindle, I've been told it should auto-update BUT if you don't see the typos etc disappear by Tuesday 5/15, I believe you can manually update the title.
